Guidelines for PAPER / POSTER Abstract Submission :

Last Date for Abstract Submission 29th February 2024 & Notification to Authors – 15th March, 2024.
Abstract to be submitted for oral presentation at paper@upcog2024.com and for poster at poster@upcog2024.com
Organizing Committee reserves the right to reproduce the abstract in UPCOG 2024 in print or electronic media.
Abstracts previously published or printed at any National/ International meetings are not permitted
Scientific Committee reserves the right to allocate the session time or change the presentation type.
The abstract Submission should be in English, not exceeding 300 words with titles of Introduction, Aims & Objectives, Materials & Methods, Results AND Conclusion.

Structure of an Abstract

Font: Times New Roman
Title: 12pt font size and bold
Authors name: 11pt font size
Abstract: Max 300 words, 10pt size in black colour, with single spacing
The abstract should be written in MS Word.
Abstract once submitted cannot be changed, withdrawn or resubmitted
The first author will be the contact person for all the correspondence regarding the presentation.
Research papers older than 5 years will not be accepted

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

Design specifications

The text should include Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion and Acknowledgements
It is suggested that font size of the text should be at least 26 to 36 point. The type font chosen should be a simple and clear one (e.g. Helvetica)
